PAYMENT INFORMATION: CLERKS WILL BE LOCATED AT 600 Griffin Hodges Road, Washington NC. 27889, ON MONDAY, MARCH 9, 2026, UNTIL WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11, 2026, FROM 9AM-4PM TO TAKE PAYMENTS.  They will take checks and cash at sale site.  THERE IS NO SUNDAY LOADOUT. LOADOUT WILL START MONDAY.

• Any other payments (checks and cash) can be made at the main office (1 SOUTH STREET, LASKER, NC 27845-NEW OFFICE LOCATION) OR checks by mail (PO BOX 300, RICH SQUARE, NC 27869). If paying by mail: Before equipment can be picked up, you must have a MARKED PAID INVOICE. Upon receiving payment, a paid invoice will be sent to the email address on file in our bidding system and at that point equipment may be picked up.
• CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE TAKEN ON SITE, IN THE OFFICE, OR OVER THE PHONE. ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE PAID ONLINE. PLEASE SEE LINK ON YOUR INVOICE TO PAY ONLINE. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS HAVE A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE, DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS HAVE NO CONVENIENCE FEE.  When paying online, please remember that the 3% convenience fee for credit cards does not include the 3% internet fee and tax: these are different charges. PLEASE PUT YOUR FULL INVOICE TOTAL IN THE PAYMENT SPACE WHEN PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD, NOT JUST THE BID PRICE (THERE ARE EXTRA CHARGES-THESE INCLUDE TAX AND INTERNET FEE OF 3%)

LOADERS ARE AVALIABLE AT EACH SITE

North Carolina requires sales tax be paid unless the buyer has a NC tax exempt number. Please be prepared to present your number when paying and do not assume we have your number on file.  NORTH CAROLINA SALES TAX IS 4.75%. COUNTY ITEM IS LOCATED, DETERMINES REMAINING SALES TAX TOTAL.  TAX EXEMPTION FORM NCDOR-E595E IS REQUIRED FOR TAX EXEMPTION ON INVOICES.  NC ONLY RECOGNIZES NC TAX EXEMPTION NUMBERS AND DEALER RESALE NUMBERS FROM OTHER STATES.  

All Title Vehicles will require a $25 title fee that will be added to your invoice. Titles will be mailed (Certified Mail) and have a processing time of at least 14 days before they will be mailed out. If you would like to pick up your title before that time frame, you can come to our office and personally pick up your title.
